I have a nasal drip that goes into my ears and drips on to my pillow. What could be causing this??
It drips all over my pillows and it's really embarrasing.. and sometimes my boyfriend rolls on to it or sees it pouring out of my ears and yells.
I understand you only very well. I have a very similar problem - out of nowhere a lot of water runs from my otherwise constantly blocked nose (and when I do not manage to get napkin quickly ...). In my case the wetness drips out from the nose, goes up to the eye or down my throat.
Well, I had all nose check-ups done (bacteriology, tomograph, allergy etc.) and seemingly there is no reason for any problem. I am observing myself and found out two things: first I am hypersensitive to a cold wind, second in moments when my inside nose is the most sensitive a kind of a rush appears back inside my mouth. Next week I go to see my ORL specialist again and will ask him to test my mouth microflora as well.
Resume: I do not what it is. To me it seems as if there is an infection (maybe herpes virus?) that got to my sinusoidal caverns and it keeps sitting there.
I hope within 2 weeks I will be able to tell you end of my (annoying) story:)
