any one have any ideas on blending milk? what ingredients do you put in?
im guessing since milk is just a mixture of fats, proteins, lactose (carbs), and some minerals and vitamins, i can change the % of one of the components by simply adding or removing it....
is this how big companies like nestle or the likes make infant formulations, milk powders, etc.?
I too add chocolate(syrup) to milk. Perhaps you should check out a nutrition store, or much better search the web for smoothie recipes. I would go for the smoothie route, rather than those synthetics at the nutritions store, and add things like fruits. Removing a component from milk, other than the old fashioned way of churning and settling, may be a big propositon.
